FREE + Open to public. First come, first served.

In conjunction with New York City’s Singapore Literature Festival, join us for an evening of readings and discussion on contemporary Singaporean theatre and theatre makers working transnationally. The evening will feature excerpts of plays directed by Mei-Ann Teo from Damon Chua and Haresh Sharma, followed by the playwrights in brief discussion with CUNY Professor Peter Eckersall and Ph.D. Candidate Melissa Wansin Wong.

The inaugural Singapore Literature Festival taking place from Oct 10 – 12, 2014 will feature readings of Singaporean writing. The festival aims to build awareness for Singaporean literature, connecting writers, readers, editors, and publishers in New York.
